In conjunction with the National Day of Prayer and MCC’s 30th anniversary, we will be holding a 30 hour prayer vigil beginning Wednesday, May 2 @ 6:00 a.m. and concluding on Thursday, May 3 @ midnight!  We invite everyone to participate in this event!

On Wednesday, May 3 we will kickoff the event with a corporate prayer gathering in the MCC Worship Center @ 6:30 p.m.  Anyone is invited!  We also encourage you to sign up to come up to the MCC Prayer Room and Fellowship Hall for a half-hour time slot during the 30 hours.

Can’t make it to the church campus for either event?!  We still invite you to join us in praying for unity in our nation and church no matter where you are!

Thanks, but what is it? I have UN and National … what does it say?

Fear God and keep His commandments! The Glory of life is to love, not to be
loved; to give, not to receive; to serve, not be served.

Sorry you can’t view it Jerry!  It is the National Day of Prayer!  The church will be participating in a 30 hour prayer vigil in conjunction with this.  The “UN” is UNITY, which is this year’s theme.  If you view the link below you can read more about it and also sign up to pray!

McDonough Christian Church

Everything we do at McDonough Christian Church has one purpose: to develop devoted followers of Jesus.

Our ministries are designed to REACH out and draw people closer to Christ that they may surrender their lives and enter into relationships where they continually LOVE, IMITATE, and DUPLICATE Him.

We believe this best happens when people experience a relational environment of community, just as Jesus did with His own disciples. Therefore, we desire that everyone who is a part of our church be involved in a community group where they can grow to become a disciple of Christ. Explore us on The City to find a community group and to get involved!

Join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 9:15am and 11am or visit us at
